<msm:foreach> repeats an inner <msm:template> for a list of items. It supports multiple data sources via mode (for example: database, bean, repository).

Common attributes

Attribute	Meaning
`mode`	Data source mode (e.g. `DATABASE`, `BEAN`, `REPOSITORY`).
`item-name`	Variable prefix used for each item.
`bean` / `scope` / `items`	Bean source configuration.
`database` / `collection` / `filter`	Database source configuration.
`repository` / `query` / `sort`	Repository source configuration.
`offset` / `limit`	Pagination hints (when supported).
`header` / `footer`	Optional JSON for header/footer rendering.
